THE MANOR& Lodge

The Manor & Lodge is the largest space we have, with 4/5 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it is perfect for large group or multiple family stays.

Sleeping up to 20 in a flexible space.

The Gamekeepers Lodge is located in the garden of the Manor, it features a bar, lounge area, dining table, sky tv and barbecue.

There is also a woodburner to keep the place toasty all year round.

As with all of our properties it has it’s own private hot tub over looking the garden, perfect for a night under the stars.

Great Hen Do weekend at Hideout Manor

“We just had the best time celebrating a friends hen do at Hideout Manor. There was a group of 17 of us and there was plenty of space to accommodate this. The grounds are extensive and so pretty and you are completely in the middle of nowhere. We spent a lot of time in the bar and games room and the hot tub is a great addition also! Thanks to Caroline for having us and we hope to return some time!”

Fabulous stay!

“16 of us stayed at the Hideout Manor for a hen party and it was fabulous! The location of the property was in the middle of nowhere but was only a 20 min drive into York city centre. The gamekeepers lodge was great, it had a great bar area and decking area with a lovely sun spot. The hot tub was great, tv log burner’s and the underfloor heating was amazing on the cold evenings. Basic beds but they were comfy enough, could’ve used more pillows and toilet roll but I can’t fault anything else! Tony and the lady (didn’t catch her name) that greeted us was absolutely lovely and very helpful. Definitely would recommend this property and definitely want to try the other properties! Surprise 30th Birthday

“I booked the Hideout Manor as a surprise for my boyfriends 30th birthday, throughout the full booking process Caroline was very helpful and was contactable all the time. She was very quick in replying and answered all of my many questions! The Manor was even better than we had imagined and the rooms were brilliantly sized. Had everything we needed and the outdoor space was very well received. We had another couple of people come with our party who stayed in the Woodcutters Lodge and they said this was really cosy and a great addition to the Manor.
